������ announces the acquisition of a majority ownership share of The Cargo Control Company B.V. (“C3”). Johan de Rooij will remain involved as a shareholder and CEO. C3 is the parent company of both LoadLok, a leading European specialist in cargo control solutions, and Roland International, a preeminent European integrated manufacturer of curtain side products.
